Berry Creek HOA Board Meeting

September 11, 2023 at 6:00 pm

Berry Creek Clubhouse

Members Present: Brandon Halcomb, Kathy Anderson, Nancy Cooper, Nedra Segal, Sara Arens, Trevor Davenport, Bryan Brockbank.

Approval of previous minutes: Kathy motions to approve August minutes, Nancy seconds.  All in favor, none opposed.

Comments from guests: No guests

President’s Report/Maintenance Report:

  • The late fees for Montera address have been paid.
  • The pool and waterfall pumps needed repaired.
  • There are 3 broken chairs at the pool that need repaired or replaced.
  • Thank you to Kathy Anderson for cleaning out the grass from the playground and clubhouse flower beds.

Finance Report

Monthly Financial Summary: Trevor motions to approve the monthly financial summary, Nedra seconds.  All in favor, none opposed.

Committee Reports

  • Social Committee:The adult holiday party will be held December 2.  Sara will contact Santa to find out availability for the family party.  December 2 and 9 have been reserved at the clubhouse.
    • Welcome Committee: 2 new families have moved into the neighborhood and have been visited by the welcome committee.

Old Business

  • Private swimming lesson-commercial activity: No updates

New Business

  • Fall garage sale-October 7: Sara will post on facebook and call Super Thrift to arrange pickup.
  • Annual Meeting: Monday, November 13 at 6:00pm. We need to put together a survey on short term rentals and gather information pool swimming lessons/commercial activity to present by November meeting.
