Berry Creek HOA Board Meeting

Berry Creek Clubhouse

Members Present: Kathy Anderson, Brandon Halcomb, Sara Arens, Bryan Brockbank, Pat Kennedy, Chris Norwood

Approval of previous minutes: Pat motions to accept April minutes, Bryan seconds.  All in favor, none opposed. 

Comments from guests: None

President’s Report and Maintenance Report

  • Schatz Window Washing cleaned the windows at the clubhouse. 
  • Hansen Pest Control did the quarterly treatment at the clubhouse. 
  • Kick plates were installed on the clubhouse doors. 
  • Ladder 4 Power Washing LLC cleaned the pool furniture.
  • Simpson Custom Concrete re-stained the front and back clubhouse patios. 
  • The pool is ready for the season.  One pump has been taken in to be rebuilt.
  • Plumber will come to fix the outdoor shower that was damaged during the freeze.
  • Estimate for re-staining the cedar outside the clubhouse (front and back posts/beams) is $2000.  The back needs more work than the front.  We will try to get more estimates and will hold off on any work until the end of the summer. 
  • Brandon and Chris continue to work with Bandit mowing to improve work in the common areas. 

Finance Report

  • Monthly Financial Summary:  All normal expenses plus concrete staining and power washing were paid.                 
  • All HOA Dues have been paid.
  • Pat motions to accept the May financial report, Bryan seconds.  All in favor, none opposed. 

Committee Reports

  • Social Committee: Sara will look into bringing in an ice cream truck for an HOA sponsored event. 
  • Welcome Committee: no report
