President’s Report

Maintenance Report

There was no damage to the common’s areas during the last cold snap. Heaters were placed in the pool restrooms during the extreme cold to protect the pipes from freezing

Dennis Cryer monitored and broke ice around the pool perimeter to minimize potential tile coping damage

A pest control schedule is being worked up for the club house

Trevor will follow up on the Termite mitigation for the outdoor pool restroom

Replacement/repair of some Playground equipment is ongoing.

                              Reviewed, motion to accept by Nedra and seconded by Sarah.  Motion passed

Committee Reports

               Social Committee

Trevor mentioned there have been inquiries concerning reviving a community news letter.  We will follow up in future meetings

Welcome Committee

Sarah Davenport is interested in serving on the Welcome Committee. Nancy Cooper met with new neighbors at 1406 Ashton, 1412 Ashton and 1315 Cypress Mill Avenue and welcomed them to our community.

Old Business

Erosion of the drainage channel in the Garden Homes is being addressed by reviewing remediation designs and once a plan is developed Bids will be solicited to complete the repairs.

               Insurance update, Brandon is continuing shopping for great coverage and lower premiums.         

New Business

Spring Berry Creek Garage sale will be April 4 all day and April 5, 2025 8-12.  Nancy will advertise
