Board Members present: Brandon Halcomb, Deidre Billings, Nancy Cooper, Kent Neeland, Nedra Segal, Sarah Ramsey, Pat Sherin.

Maintenance Report

Irrigation system has been checked out and will be turned on as weather turns warmer.

Dennis Cyr is scheduling repairs of the tile coping damage

Replacement/repair of some Playground equipment is ongoing. 

New garage sale signs have been purchased and will be stored for upcoming events.

Finance Report

               Monthly Financial Summary

HOA dues have been received from all but 6 residents.  Board will be in contact with the delinquent property owners.

               Social Committee

Discussion regarding a community newsletter that would inform residents of upcoming events.  We will follow up in future meetings

Old Business

Pecan Grove Drainage channel bids and schedules to complete the repairs will be forthcoming.

Insurance update, Brandon has been shopping for great coverage and lower premiums. Quotes from Carpenter, LoftisNet were no better than current State Farm coverage.  The carriers will be solicited again before the next renewal date.               

New Business

Spring Berry Creek Garage sale over Friday and Saturday appeared to be a success Nancy will advertise

Pool is set to open May 17, 2025
